| Non-gating redirective crash cushion. During head-on impacts, the system absorbs energy and brings errant vehicles to controlled stop. During side impacts, the system redirects errant vehicles at angles up to 20 degrees. The Quest System consists of W-beam fender panels with a trigger mechanism to release the front assembly for energy absorption upon impacts. | |
