The Groundhog® is a wireless self-contained traffic analyzer that uses Vehicle Magnetic Imaging (VMI) technology to monitor, collect, and analyze traffic information to be sent to a data collection station. The in-pavement unit is easy to install and uses no buried loops or sensors.
