The Brakemaster ® 350 is a guardrail end treatment designed for
guardrail ends at wide median and roadside sites with adequate clear
zones. The system consists of W-beam fender panels supported
by diaphragm posts resting on the ground. During head-on impacts,
the system brings vehicles to a gradual controlled stop using a special
cable/brake assembly. During side impacts, errant vehicles are
redirected. |
