The Hi-Star® portable traffic analyzer is a self contained unit that monitors traffic flow conditions. It uses Vehicle Magnetic Imaging technology to collect data such as traffic volume, vehicle speed and classification, and surface temperature. The collected data can be analyze by the Highway Data Management (HDM) software, capable of generating reports, charts, graphs, and histograms.
